Which campaign wins when two share a screen, and video quality. Professional

• Priority: Low, Normal or High. When two campaigns overlap on a screen, the higher one plays.
• Behaviour with other campaigns: interrupt lower-priority campaigns immediately, or let them finish the item they're playing first.
• Send Optimized Video to Devices: sends a smaller copy of each video, which helps on slow internet.
